"Erin Go Bragh" Irish Beer Dinner
Saturday, March 10th 7-9 PM

In true Corkscrew fashion, we've taken traditional Irish cuisine and re-imagined it—dining with a twist. We could blame this on those mischievous faeries and leprechauns, but in this case, we'll take the credit. The Corkscrew Café will be serving a five-course tasting menu, paired perfectly with Irish Beers.

Cream based soup with Potatoes, Cabbage and Bacon

Smithwicks Irish Ale paired with Open-faced Pub Sandwich
Peppered Salami, Dubliner Cheese, coarse ground Mustard on warm Baguette

Murphy's Draught Style Stout paired with Cocoa Espresso

Rubbed Corned Beef Served with Red Cabbage and roasted Turnips

Guinness Black Lager paired with Fish & Chips
Coconut Beer battered fish with traditional Chips (fries) and Smoked Vinegar
